Step-by-Step Guide to Producing PP Woven Fabric Rolls
1. Extrusion
In the production process of PP woven fabric rolls, the first step is extrusion. Polypropylene material is heated and plasticized in an extruder at temperatures ranging from 190°C to 250°C. The molten polypropylene is then shaped into a flat belt or yarn. After being cooled and dried, the flat strip is prepared for weaving.
2. Weaving
The next stage involves weaving the polypropylene yarn into polypropylene cloth using a circular loom. The circular loom is equipped with multiple spindles on the warp frame. A specific number of warp yarns are selected based on the desired width of the woven fabric and the width of a single flat yarn. The weft yarn shuttle moves in a circular motion, interweaving with the warp yarns to create a continuous fabric.
